I agree with and utilize many of the concepts shared by the SI team; however, I have one question regarding when to place contrarian bets. If I wait too late to be absolutely sure the % suggest a play, I often get lines after reverse line movement. However, if I pull the trigger too early, the public % may shift and no longer qualify as a contrarian type of play.
Is there a sweet spot in terms of timing or # of bets that you guys use in order to be confident it qualifies as a play AND you get a favorable line?
I don't feel like I am asking my question very well, but hopefully you get what I mean.

I personally wait as long as I can .The systems are based on the final lines and percentages. If you create a winning system then its best to make sure all the criteria fit as close to game time as possible.

ilprato is 90% on the money except for early faves (if in your system)
