I actually have a problem with a system I've found. One of the criteria is the team's winning percent. The team's winning percent is between 20% and 35%. For today, Bet Labs indicates a team's winning percent of 25% for UL Monroe, but they actually are 2-3, so their winning percent is 40%. Same thing with Tulane : Bet Labs indicates a team's winning percent of 33%, but Tulane are 6-6 at the moment, so their winning percent is 50%.

I don't understand these selections, and am a bit worried about this system.

Is it possible to explain these selections ?

The win percentage will only include games that have a spread. If the team plays a D-2 team or any other game where a spread is not available, then that game will not be included for the winning percentage.

Another issue.

I have a NCCAB system based on non-conference game. South Florida vs. UCF is listed as a play for this system today. Both teams are in AAC conference, aren't they ? So this game is a conference game, and the system shouldn't give me this play for this game.

South Florida was still in the Big East in one of the tables. I set the proper conference change overs and things should look better now.

Same problem last Thursday with a system based on non-conference games. Game was Memphis @ Rutgers, who are both teams of AAC conference. The bet didn't fit the required criteria, but betlabs indicated to play the bet. The bet was won, and it was added to the results of the system. It's difficult to trust a system when the bets selected don't fit the required criteria.

Also, sometimes some issues with a bet appearing then disappearing with no reason (system based on opening total range or opening spread range). The bet disappears and when results are updated, you discover that the bet had to be played and record is taking this bet into account. Same comment than below, it's difficult to trust such a system, as the bet doesn't appear in the list of bets (or appear then disappear) and is selected in the system.

Yes, they disappear based on line movement, going from dog to fav and fav to dog based on the system parameters, and other reasons based on filters.

It doesn't happen often, not trusting a system based on a few results being off is being a little too nitty.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Data quality is very important to us and we work hard to give you the best data possible. In this situation, the previous years conference was still active causing this problem. I fixed this and then validated there were no other situations where a team had multiple active conferences. I will talk to support to get more details on your other system issue.

It isn't a question of the team being a favorite or a dog. Most of my systems are based on opening spreads or totals ranges, to avoid this favorite/dog switch. Some teams that were double digit dogs with a system based on opening spread appears and disappears from the selection, without any reason.

Another issue with MLB system.

I have a system based on team winning % and game number. BetLabs indicates that the Reds have 36% win %, and that game number is 20. As far as I am concerned, the Reds have an 8-10 record, which means they have a 44% win %, and game number should be 19, shouldn't it ?

I appreciate a lot your service, but as a customer, I want to be able to trust BetLabs 100%. I don't want to have to check all games to confirm the bets I have to play. If there are wrong bets which are shown, we can also imagine that there are some good bets which are hiden. And maybe the past years records are not 100% trustable too ? Can you please work on all potential issues to assure that all the bets shown really fit the filters, and also that there are not hiden bets which should be played ?

Regards.

Hello,

I figured out the issue with the Reds numbers. The rain-delayed game that was finished on the next day was not being calculated properly. You should see the correct game information regarding Reds games.
