2017 Week 6 Thursday Night Football: Eagles at Panthers
This could be one of the best, if not the best game of the week. Color rush Thursdays coming through again!
We have a battle of two 4-1 division leaders tonight, with two of the top five MVP candidates leading the way at QB.
This line opened with Carolina -3—basically an even playing field if you removed home field advantage. Bets are split 50/50, but money has been on Carolina for much of the week. They’ve reached -3.5 on two separate occasions at Bookmaker, but are currently back down to their opening line.
Given the current line movement, it would appear that the line could be headed to 2.5 for the first time all week.
This morning, the line gradually moved from -3.5 (-105) to -3 (-101), but there hasn’t been any movement at Bookmaker since about 12:30 eastern. Though the line is on the verge of 2.5, this extended line stall may indicate that it already bottomed out.
Perhaps even sharper action has been hitting the total as of late. Given the lower handle on totals, it’s easier for them to move than sides. With that being said, the total at Pinnacle has dropped from 46 on Tuesday to 43.5 as of 3:20 PM eastern.
Despite 78% of tickets on the ‘over’, it’s been a steady diet of sharp ‘under’ money for #TNF. https://t.co/PU3rrEzmzv pic.twitter.com/a2TAoGVBiT

Anyone who took over 46 is a real sucker. The weather is expected to be in the mid-70s with a chance of rain.
