NCAAB Game of the Week: Arizona vs. Wisconsin
Last season Arizona and Wisconsin faced off in the Elite 8 in what was arguably the best game of the tournament. Led by 28 points and 11 rebounds from Frank Kaminsky, the second seeded Badgers were able to defeat the top seeded Wildcats 64-63 in overtime. This year’s game shares many similarities, but the roles are reversed with Wisconsin boasting the number one seed in the West Region.
Despite their lower seeding, Arizona opened as a 1-point favorite at the market-setting CRIS sportsbook and, according to our public betting trends, are receiving 31% of early spread bets.
With this one-sided action you would imagine that the Wildcats would drop to a pick ’em, however, the line has increased to -1.5 across the sports betting marketplace. This reverse line movement is a strong indicator that early sharp money likes ‘Zona.
