NFL Opening Line Report – Week 4
Pinnacle was the first to open the lines for the NFL Week 4, when it opened the Houston Texans at Oakland Raiders line at 6:37 Sunday night. It was another hour and half before the next book, Olympic, opened lines for week 4 and two hours before Pinnacle opened another line.
