St. Louis Rams vs. Atlanta Falcons

This game is currently the most lopsided-bet game of the week.  The St. Louis Rams still don’t get much respect, even though they have been playing competitive football, posting a 4-5 record this year.  The Falcons have been flying high, and come off an impressive win at home against Baltimore.  Interestingly, the line has been edging towards the Rams, indicating some early sharps getting on the home dog.

Detroit Lions vs. Dallas Cowboys

The early betting action on this game has been interesting.  The Cowboys may have finally woken up — and betting activity has been heavy.  In addition, there has been early “reverse line” movement — with early sharps not believing that “one game” makes a complete turnaround.  Although the public is backing the Cowboys, the line has moved from the opening line of  Dallas -7 down to Dallas -6.5.
