2016 College Baseball World Series Futures
The 2016 NCAA College Baseball season begins on February 19th, and will conclude in June with the NCAA Tournament and World Series in Omaha, Nebraska. Last season Virginia defeated Vanderbilt in the finals, giving the Cavaliers their first championship in school history. This was a major upset since Virginia actually entered the World Series with the worst odds (+1400) of winning it all.
Virginia is listed at +2200 to repeat as champions — the ninth shortest odds in the country. The Florida Gators, who have won thirteen SEC championships and have made the NCAA Tournament in eight consecutive seasons, are listed as the favorite (+500) to win their first championship in school history.
The table below displays the current futures at 5Dimes. We will provide sporadic updates throughout the season as new information becomes available.
