MLB Betting Trends – Houston Astros vs. Cincinnati Reds

Cincinnati clinched the NL Central crown Tuesday, its first since 1995. The public has certainly taken notice as the Reds are currently receiving 72% of runline bets, 57% of moneyline bets and 63% of parlay wagers for tonight’s game against the Astros. Cincinnati opened as a -134 favorite at CRIS, yet despite the betting percentages, the line has dropped to -119. This line movement, in the opposite direction of the betting percentages, is a sign that big bets are coming down on Houston.
